A good crew starts with respect.

Be kind. Play fair.

• Respect other players. No bullying, threats, hate, or targeted harassment.
• Keep content appropriate for players ages 13 and up. No sexual exploitation, sexual content involving minors, or illegal content.
• Protect privacy. Do not share passwords, home addresses, payment information, or someone else’s personal information.
• No scams, impersonation, spam, cheating, or attempts to bypass group or purchase controls.
• Only share photos, names, and messages you have the right to use.

Use the controls available to you

Press and hold a group message to report it. In Members, use the player’s action menu to block them within Groups. Group owners can review join requests and remove members. Mute unread alerts or leave a group through Group settings.

Reports are saved for review; they are not a real-time emergency service. Blocking does not remove another player from the group or erase messages. Owners should help keep their groups respectful and protect their invite codes.

Get help

For concerns you cannot report in the app, email astranovlabs@yahoo.com with the player name, group name, approximate time, and a brief description. Do not send passwords or unnecessary private information. For immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
